Restrictions
· Rates are good for NEW bookings only! A 2-night minimum stay is required.
· Valid from North American gateways only. Valid on land and air/land bookings.
· All rates are per person per night, based on double occupancy. Rates for "Rooms on the Beach" are "Per Night, Per Room" (double or single occupancy).
· Guaranteed singles is 150%. Triple rate where applicable is 90% pppn based on double occupancy Single Share is not applicable. Children's rates are as per contract, and Single Share does not apply.
· A non-refundable deposit equal to the price of 2-nights is required at time of booking. · Full booking price becomes "Non-Refundable" as of July 31st, 2007 Black out dates must be adhered to. Any dates that go across the black out dates, will be charged at the applicable higher rate.
